The VentureCare team is an integrated group of medical and business professionals who are dedicated to bringing the most advanced and effective medical aesthetic treatments to clients at premier spas in their communities.

We offer the services of a professional medical team that is trained and certified in the latest advanced procedures. Our medical team is supported by experienced business and marketing professionals who help ensure the highest level of service to our spa partners and their clients.

Rebecca Small, M.D.
The VentureCare team is led by Rebecca Small, M.D, a family physician specializing in cosmetic enhancement and wellness medicine. Dr. Small is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and Cambridge University, England. She has also completed advanced aesthetic training.

Dr. Small is an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of California San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine and is the Director for the UCSF Medical Aesthetic Training Program. In addition, Dr. Small is a respected expert and published author in the field of medical aesthetics.

Dalano Hoang, D.C.
Dr. Dalano is VentureCare’s Director of Physician and Spa Consulting. He has been assisting physicians with obtaining the optimum balance of providing advanced aesthetic procedures in conjunction with maintaining an ideal primary care practice. Dr. Dalano also assists owners who wish to take their spas to the premier level with on-site cutting edge medical aesthetic treatments. He was one of the original pioneers for the concept of “bringing advanced medical aesthetic treatments to local spas.”

Dr. Dalano is also the Clinic Director at Monterey Bay Laser Aesthetics in Capitola, CA. In addition, he is a chiropractic specialist in chronic pain and was one of the original founders of the multidisciplinary clinic, the Integrative Medical Clinic of Santa Rosa in northern California.

Alan Wagner
Alan Wagner is VentureCare’s Director of Business Development. He is responsible for analyzing the competitive and economic environment in order to identify and select key market areas for company growth. He also assists in the process of finding qualified and well-trained physicians and premier day spas.

A graduate of Santa Clara University with a degree in Marketing, Alan has over 20 years experience as CEO of an international semiconductor equipment manufacturer. As CEO he has provided leadership, vision, and financial management to help guide and nurture the company’s growth and success.

Lenna Wagner
As VentureCare’s Creative Director, Lenna Wagner is responsible for marketing and sales promotion. In addition, she acts as a liaison between our physicians and premier day spa owners, and she works closely with the Patient Coordinator to ensure the quality of care provided to VentureCare clientele.

Lenna is currently president of an international semiconductor equipment manufacturer. She has significant entrepreneurial experience, including creating Melange, a successful home staging business. Lenna also has over ten years experience as a massage therapist and hypnotherapist.

Misty Jordan
As VentureCare’s Patient Coordinator, Misty Jordan works closely with spa owners and their clients to ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience with VentureCare's services. Misty’s extensive knowledge of medical aesthetic procedures allows her to assist patients through all phases of treatment care, including recommending individualized rejuvenation programs.

A graduate of California State University in Fresno, Misty uses her knowledge and unique experiences in both the medical field and the retail industry to provide marketing and administrative support to spas. She works closely with spa owners to ensure they enjoy the greatest success from their partnership with VentureCare.
