VentureCare is dedicated to bringing state-of-the-art medical aesthetic treatments directly to clients in the comfort and convenience of their local premier spas.

How We Started
VentureCare was based on the original concept of Dr. Rebecca Small, Medical Director for Monterey Bay Laser Aesthetics. Dr. Small began by incorporating medical aesthetic procedures into her primary care practice.

When a local spa owner asked in 2003 if Dr. Small would consider offering these treatments at her spa, Dr. Small did some research and discovered that most patients prefer the convenience and relaxed atmosphere of a spa over a medical setting. It also made sense to bring medical aesthetic procedures to spas since their existing client base was highly receptive to cosmetic treatments

The idea was an instant hit, and it took off as medical aesthetic treatments increased in popularity. Spa owners were eager to have these procedures done in their facilities. Spa clients were very receptive and appreciated having these treatments available so conveniently. In the five years that Dr. Small has been offering these treatments in local spas, the demand has often been more than she could meet.

This rising demand inspired the launch of VentureCare Inc., which was formed to enable a team of professionals, under the direction of Dr. Small, to offer medical aesthetic treatments to a wider spa clientele. The arrangement has proven to be a beneficial one for the spas, their patients, and the physicians involved.
