Capture Handwritten Information
PenData Solutions TransScribe enables users to capture handwritten notes as digital images and as computer text. What you write on the paper is automatically stored in the pen along with the identity of the specific form being used.

Convert Handwritten Information into Data
When the pen is placed in a small docking station attached to a PC, the data is automatically uploaded to the system. The resulting data can be edited, saved as a file, and printed for physical storage.

Verify, Edit, Save
The TransScribe application presents you with an image of the form showing your exact handwriting and a computer text version in a side-by-side display. The text version may then be edited and filed.

TransScribe Notes
TransScribe Notes is a single notes form application that runs on a single user workstation. If you only need to take general notes or patient information and don't need to use multiple form types, TransScribe Notes is an economical cost effective solution.

TransScribe Enterprise Multi-Form
TransScribe Enterperise Multi form is the solution for environments that use many different forms and share information among various groups. Your forms, printed on a special background, are loaded onto the TSE Multi-Form central server. Many different "pen stations" may be used to upload any of the forms to the central server where they can be accessed by users with the appropriate authority.
