This group program is designed to help support your journey to an improved body composition and a greater sense of well being. It will be comprised of individuals who want to make positive changes in their lives to be healthier and feel great.

A group setting can:

Support you on your journey

Improve your accountability

Provide a cost-effective way for you to stay on your healthy path

This group is not for individual consultation but rather for learning and personal growth. From time to time we will have outside speakers to inspire and educate.

First class is August 30th
  <empty>
<empty>
After the first class, the group will meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month
<empty>
<empty>
<empty>
Time is 5:00-6:00 pm: class will begin promptly at 5:00 pm

<empty>
Cost is $135 for four sessions
<empty>
<empty>
<empty>
Class will meet at 605 Tennant Avenue, Suite I
<empty>

Class structure will be as follows:
  <empty>
<empty>
learn (and taste!) one new easy recipe
  <empty>
<empty>
learn how to "build" snacks and meals for creating a healthy body
  <empty>
<empty>
journal review: you are required to keep a daily journal
  <empty>
<empty>
total body composition testing only if you desire to keep track
  <empty>
<empty>
learn tips for easy grocery shopping and label reading
  <empty>
<empty>
have access to tools that make your journey fun and exciting
  <empty>
<empty>
learn all about food and what makes it so special for supporting body functions and growth
  <empty>
<empty>
one special guest speaker per session
  <empty>
<empty>
receive free admittance to one cooking class per session

When: The 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. The next Hormone Balance Program will begin August 30 and end October 11. Class meetings for this session are: August 30, September 13, September 27 and October 11.
Class meets from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. and starts promptly at 5:00 pm.
