Get and stay healthy by learning how to make delicious healthy meals at home. Studies show that those who eat at least 50% of all meals at home are much healthier. All classes are gluten, dairy (cow) and soy free. Most classes are also egg free for those who cannot have eggs and we will show you how to easily make recipes egg-free.

We all need more vegetables on a daily basis so many classes will focus on easy, delicious recipes for vegetables. You will learn how, where and when to buy vegetables and fruits along with their therapeutic properties.

We also have a baking class this year to support you during the holidays, birthdays and anytime you would like to enjoy baked goods but cannot have wheat or gluten.

These are hands-on classes of small groups—10 people maximum—so be sure to register early.
